I'm not one of having favorite flowers, but looking closely at each one of them has something special and beautiful that makes people love them and want to always have them somewhere in the garden or inside the house to give brightness and color. On this occasion we want to make known the beauty of the pink flowers.

The emperor's cane, also known in some places as a porcelain rose, stands out for the shape of its inflorescence (the way in which the flowers sprout and are arranged), its leaves are large and lance-shaped, wide and pointed.
It blooms in spring to late summer, although they can bloom throughout the year.

In some parts of the world, its leaves are used to wrap food and cook on coals, its flower buds can be eaten in salads or prepared in soft drinks.
