Hello ladies and gentlemen am here to teach you what I love doing best tho for some time now I have not been able to so it because of somethings that am taking care of but I will be teaching you from my previous post.

   HOW TO BAKE CAKE WITH PRACTICAL STEPS

THIS ARE MY INGREDIENTS
White flour
Vanilla flavour
Milk flavour
Egg
Butter
Sugar
Butterscotch
Mix fruit
FOR ICING
Icing sugar
Butter
Strawberry flavour (any flavour of your choice)
Vanilla flavour
(For butter icing only)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
Get a clean bowel,put your butter and sugar

Start turning it using hand mixer

After about 30 minutes the color will change from yellow to cream color

STEP 2
Get your eggs.wash them properly.it depends on how big you want the cake to be,am using 14 eggs in this

Because am baking 2 different cakes.big and small
Put it on a bowel and start turning it using hand mixer

Let it bubble up

3rd STEP
Add vanilla flavour 3 teaspoons to the mixed butter,add butterscotch 3teaspoons,turn it together add mix fruit

Turn it together.
4th STEP
Pour the mixed eggs into the mixed butter

Turn together and Add the milk flavour (liquid)
Add the milk flavour (liquid)

Turn it together

5TH STEP
Get your flour
Base on the quantity of cake am baking am using 10cups
Measure it into a bowel now sieve it into another bowel.start adding it little by little to the mixed butter

As you are adding you will be turning it.
Now you get your cake pan

Wash and clean with clean towel.
Apply butter on it(inside) to prevent it from burning. springle a little flour on it to help it come o ut fast from the cake pan
LAST STEP
Pour everything (mixed flour) to the cake pan

.am using gas cooker because I don't have oven.the different between oven and gas cooker is just the timer. The oven useses about 30-40 minutes while the gas useses 1hour 30minutes to get done.
Because am using the gas cooker I have to use a pot and a stainless plate

The stainless plate prevent it from too much heat.cake should be done gradually.too much heat makes the cake to burn easily without getting done, and that is bad,so to prevent such I use the stainless plate. Put it on the gas cooker and lower the gas.it uses low heat.cover the pot very well,if not well covered you can use something that has weight to help.

Avoid shaking the pot so that it doesn't affect the cake
After an hour 30minutes you check the cake is done get it down and also get it out of the cake pan

HOW TO ICING MY CAKE
Get your icing sugar into a bowel
Add butter turn it together

Turn it till it gives you cream colour (milk)

Add vanilla flavour and strawberry flavour 3 teaspoons each.turn together.
Now to make the cake look good you cut out the top of it

After that you start creaming the cake

Use warm water to smoothen the icing
You can now add any food colour of your choice to make the cake look nice
Turn it together and use it to decorate the cake

Now your cake is ready.
