I hope all my friends here are well. I am going through a little sickness physically. But I am quite well by God's infinite mercy. I would like to thank @mariam.dariam mam for continuing this cooking contest. Today I will share with you our homegrown gramin style chicken recipe. Let me start by seeing how this chicken meat is cooked in our village.

The things I needed to cook this meat are:

Meat1 kg
Potatoes300 grams
Dried pumpkin50 grams
Coconut1
Dry batterlike quantity

Garam masala, oilamount like

What I did at the beginning of cooking

Before starting the cooking, I prepared all the ingredients by pounding the chives, chopping the onion, cutting the potato and coconut.

As I started in the first episode

Stir the cut potatoes with oil, salt and a little turmeric for 5-7 minutes.

The way I started in step 3

In the 2nd step, add the amount of oil, onion, garlic, jaal, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 1 bay leaf and ginger and fry for 5 minutes. Then pour the meat and stir.

The materials I gave in the next step

In the next step I covered it with a lid and stirred it with salt and little water for 10 minutes.

Step 5

At this stage I lift the lid and shake it again with coconut, kura shutki and masala and stir it for 5-7 minutes.

Step 6

In this step, I added water to the minced meat and added the fried potatoes to it. Then when the water came to a boil, I covered it again for 10-15 minutes. Then when the oil came to the top, I took it off the stove.

This is how we cook winter chicken in our rustic style. Very nice taste and aroma to this meat with pumpkin spice and coconut. Let me know how you like my recipe.
