Hello Ukraine on Steem,

I am going to start today's blog by praying to the almighty Lord for good health to all my respected admins, moderators and friends.
I am a Bangladeshi citizen. We are very fond of eating kheer pies. So I cook this pie often in my house. My daughter likes to eat this pie so I cooked it for her. This kheer pie is delicious. This is my favorite thing to cook.

They are,
👩‍🍳 Sugar powder rice - 50 grams
👩‍🍳 Sugar-1 cup
👩‍🍳 Bay leaf-1
👩‍🍳 Cinnamon, cardamom-2 pieces
👩‍🍳 Like the amount of salt
👩‍🍳 Milk-700 grams
👩‍🍳 Almonds, Raisins - as desired

Now going to describe how I cooked this pie.

Step 1

In step 1 I arranged all the materials as per my convenience.

Step 2

In this step, I will fry the almonds in low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, because the test and taste of almonds will be great if you fold the nuts in this way in low heat.

Step 3

In this step, take raisins as required and let them soak in water and wash the rice, drain the water and grind it in a sieve till it is not like semolina.

Step 4

In this step I will continue to boil the milk till the lumps come. When the lumps come, add the powdered rice.

Step 5

In this step, I will continue to stir the milk with salt and sugar.

6th step

In this step I will add cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon.

7th step

In this step, when the liquid of the pies starts to become sticky, I will add almonds and raisins in it. Once the almonds and raisins are added, I will burn them for another 5 to 7 mm and remove them from the oven.

I don't like this hot pie very much. So I left the pie in the normal fridge for a while, took it out and garnished it with almonds and raisins and gave it to my daughter and my husband. I also gave it to my father-in-law and mother-in-law. After eating, everyone looked at me with satisfaction. That's a lot for me.
