First I washed all the vegetables and took them in a bowl.
In this step I finely grate the carrots.
In this step I chopped all the vegetables one by one.
In this step I chopped shallot, onion and garlic together.
Then I smeared it again with oil.
Now we prepared it by kneading it all together.
