First of all I would like to thank @mariam.dariam ma'am for holding this recipe contest.
How are you all friends? Alhamdulillah Allah has kept me well too.
Today I want to share one of my recipes in recipe of the day contest hope you like it.

This recipe is called Soybean Bhuna.
Here are the things I need to cook this recipe

  • Soybean-500 grams
  • Tomato-3
  • Potatoes-3
  • Onion-2
  • Garlic-1
  • Dry chili-sized amount
  • Like masala-paramana
  • Ginger
    *Oil

Step 1

In the first step, I cleaned and cut the ingredients I needed for my recipe and put them in a bowl.

Step 2

In this step I made tomato paste.

Step 3

Soak the soybeans in water to soften them.

Step 4

In this step, I grind the spices and dry chillies.

Step 5

At this stage, when the soybeans are swollen, I cut them even smaller.

Step 6

In this step, I put enough oil in the oven and fried it with onion, garlic, dry chili paste, ginger paste for about 5 minutes.

Step 7

When the onion and garlic are fried, I will pour the soybeans in the pot. Stir again for 5 minutes, pour the soybeans in it and add enough water. I will add salt.

Step 8

In this step, when the water is almost dry, I will add turmeric to Prothje, then I will add tomato paste, masala batter and keep stirring until the oil comes out.

Step 9

After that, I will mash the potatoes cut into small pieces and add enough water. Then after a few minutes when the ball rises, I will cover it. After 15 minutes, when I see that the broth is roasted, I will take it down. Then I will serve it.
