Hello friends how are you all. Hope everyone is well. I came today to participate again in culinery contest in Ukraine on steem community. I try to maintain consistency throughout this contest. Because when I see something about cooking, I become more interested in participating in it. Before I participate here, first of all I would like to thank the organizer of this contest @mariam.dariam mam who organizes such a beautiful contest for us every week. Today I have brought you a mango chutney recipe. Now it's mango season, we make various things with mangoes and eat them in our homes. For example, sour pickles, sweet pickles, chutneys, mango dal etc. are prepared with raw mangoes. This mango chutney is a very common dish in my house. I almost always make this at home so thought I'd share it with you while cooking it. So come on friends how I made mango chutney so now I share with you step by step.

All the ingredients I used to make the mango chutney,

2Kusura jaggery
3Turmeric powder
4salt
5Mustard oil
6Dry chillies
7Panchfodan

Step 1,

First I took the raw mangoes and washed them well.

Step 2,

Then I put the mangoes to boil. A little turmeric powder and salt are added to the mango while boiling.

Then when the water comes out of the mango. Then I will give kusur molasses in proportion to the sweetness.

Jaggery should be mixed well with mango and taken.

This time I put a small pan on the stove. And allowed to heat the mustard oil.

When the mustard oil gets hot, add some dry chillies and some panchphodon.

Then heat it for a while and pour the oil in the mango chutney. This is called boiling in our language.

Then you have to stir for a while until the mango chutney becomes a little thick. That is, it will be a little sticky.

When the mango tea becomes sticky I will close the oven.

So friends my raw mango chutney recipe is ready. It is called Amer Khata or Amer Ambal in our country language. If this chutney can be eaten with hot rice or cold rice with dal then this chutney is very delicious to eat when there is no taste in the mouth then this recipe is very good to eat our delicious food.
