Raw mango sweet pickle recipe |

Here are the ingredients I used to make this mango sweet pickle:

1 | raw mango |
2 | Mustard oil |
3 | Panchfodan |
4 | dry chili |
5 | Vinegar |
6 | sugar |
7 | Fenugreek powder |
8 | Chili flakes |
9 | Turmeric powder |
Step 1,
First I cut the raw mango and boiled it with sugar and turmeric powder.
Step 2,
Then I dried the pickles well in the sun.
Step 3,
Then heat mustard oil in a pan.
Step 4,
Then when the oil is hot, add a small amount of panchphodon and dry chilies.
Step 5,
Then stir a little sugar on the oil.
Step 6,
After mixing it well with oil, I will pour the dried pickles and shake it well.
Step 6,
After stirring and mixing it, I will add some vinegar. Vinegar is given in pickles because it can be preserved for a long time.

After giving the vinegar, stir well for a while.
Step 8,
Then give a spoonful of fenugreek powder.
Step 9,
Then add a small amount of chile flex. It's like eating pickled chilies lightly under the teeth. The pickle is very fun to eat when the dry chili seeds are stuck in the teeth.
Step 10,
Now stir the pickle well and when the pickle turns dark in color, take it down in a bowl.
