Hello friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is healthy. First of all, my sincere love to all of the Ukraine on Is steem community. I am going to participate in the culinary contest again. In today's contest, I have presented you with a sweet recipe. I like this recipe very much personally I like this recipe very much. This recipe was first eaten by my mother-in-law. Since then I learned cooking from my mother-in-law when I liked it very much. Since then I often make it during Eid. My today's recipe name is nababi semai.

So let's see what ingredients I used to make this recipe,

Step 1,

First I brewed a liter of milk and cooled the milk.

Step 2,

After that, I will add two spoons of powdered milk in the milk to make the cream of Nawabi Semai. Then mix it well.

Step 3,

After that, add condensed milk in milk like three spoons. It should be given according to the taste and should be given in the amount of sweets that will be eaten. Then mix well again.

Step 4,

Then add three spoonfuls of custard powder. The powder should be added with milk and stirred at once so that it does not curdle.

Step 5,

After that, I will give cornflower. After these ingredients are given, this cream should be taken well.

Step 6,

If it is mixed, this cream should be lit for a while by turning the stove grate slowly. Till the cream thickens.

Step 7,

Then put a pan in the oven and put 2 spoons of ghee in that pan. I will wait until the ghee is hot.

Step 8,

Then I take a packet of laccha semai and pour that laccha semai in ghee. Then fry the semai for a while.

Step 9,

I will add sugar and two spoons of powdered milk inside the semai. Then mix everything together and stir well and fry for a while.

Step 10,

Then in a glass jar I will layer half of this fried semai well. After that I will pour the cream that I made on top of the semai.

Step 11,

When the cream is poured, I will pour the half of the semai that I kept on the top of the cream. Then with the help of a spoon I will arrange it nicely.

Step 12,

Once the semai are arranged, I will put another layer on top with cream.

Then cover the semite and let it cool in the fridge. When it cools down, the semite will thicken. Then it will be more delicious to eat. Hope you will like my recipe today.
