Assalamu Alaikum to all. How are you all hope you are all very well. I appeared today to take part in the Culinary Contest in Ukraine on Esteem Community. I really like to participate in this competition. For that I thank the organizer of this competition @mariam.dariam mam who organizes such a beautiful competition for us every week. Today I am here with Puishak recipe for you. This recipe has a specialty I have used here Paysar Ki Just Cooked with Jackfruit Beetroot and Potatoes. If you cook any curry with jackfruit seeds, that curry is very tasty. I hope you have also tried Kathal's bichi recipe. We prepare a variety of recipes with jackfruit seeds which are delicious no matter what recipe we make. So guys without further ado let me share with you how I made this recipe.
Puishak recipe

Here are the ingredients I used to make the Pui Shak recipe,

10dry chillies
11cumin seeds
12chopped onions
13soybean oil

Step 1,

First, I cut the seeds of puishak alo jackfruit and washed them together.

Step 2,

After that I let the puishak boil in a pan. I have added turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, garlic powder, coriander powder, green chillies. All should be cooked well.

Step 3,

Some water will come out of the vegetables but it will not be cooked. So I will add some water so that all the ingredients are boiled well like beechy, potatoes, pui vegetables and the curry should be grated well.

Step 4,

Now in another oven, I will heat oil in a fry pan. When the oil is hot, I will add two dry chillies and some cumin seeds.

Step 5,

After stirring for a while, I will pour the onion slices and fry the onions for a while until they turn brown in color.

# Step 6, In the middle of frying the onions, I add a small amount of turmeric powder.

Step 7,

When the onions turn brown, I will pour the onion slices into the Puishak curry.

Step 8,

Now the curry should be cooked for a while longer. I will turn off the stove when the curry broth is reduced.

Step 9,

My pui shak cooking is done. Now I will serve pui shak curry in a bowl.
