Hello friends how are you all. Hope everyone is doing well. I came today to participate in the culinary contest again. In this competition I always try to maintain consistency every week to always participate in this competition. My recipe topic in today's contest is Tehari Recipe. My younger sister and my husband insisted that they eat beef Tehari. So I prepared to make this recipe. I will share with you step by step how I made this recipe from the beginning to the end. Hope you will like our recipe.

Step 1,
First I took all kinds of garam masalas. For making Tehari masala.
Step 2,
I have not used any market bought tehari masala here. I made the masala by blending the spices I had at home.
Step 3,
Then I took ginger, garlic, chili paste. I took well washed beef with it.
Step 4,
After that I will heat a pan in the oven and pour one and a half cup of mustard oil in that pan.
Step 5,
When the oil is hot, I will put a cup of chopped onion into the oil.
Step 6,
Fry the onion slices well for about 10 minutes. When the onions are fried, I will pour the beef.
Step 7,
Then stir the meat with onion and oil for a while.
Step 8,
This time I will give you a cup of sour yogurt. Then I will give Tehari masala, ginger garlic paste which I kept.
Step 9,
Now mix the meat with all the spices and grind it for a while. The meat will be half cooked by the water that comes out of the meat. I also added some water so that it boils well.
Step 10
When the meat is cooked, now with your help, I will put the meat in a separate place.
Step 11,
After that, I will pour the boiled rice into the meat broth.

Then fry the rice well for ten minutes.
Step 13,
When chal is fried, I will pour boiling hot water. Then leave some whole chilies.
Step 14,
When the water of the rice will reduce, the rice will be almost cooked, then I will add a small amount of water.

Then I separated the meat and put the meat and mixed it well with rice.
Step 16,
Now cover it with a lid and place a hot tawa under the pan and give it a gentle flame. It will be like this for about 10 minutes.

My Tehari cooking is ready. This time I served them beautifully in a separate net. And I made some decorations on top.
