Cow brain recipe.

4	garlic batter
5	salt
6	cumin powder
7	turmeric powder
8	chili powder
9	Coriander powder
10	cow brains
11	Cumin seeds

Step 1,

First, I washed the cow's brain well and drained the water.

Step 2,

Then heat mustard oil in a fry pan and add cumin and kalijeera in the oil.

Step 3,

After that I will fry lightly with chopped onions in oil.

Step 4,

Once lightly fried, add spices one by one such as garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala powder.

Step 5,

With these masalas, the masala should be extracted well with light water.

Step 6,

When the masala is liked, stir it well with the brain that I kept in the butt.

Step 7,

The brain should be marinated and fried for a long time. Then when the brain is fried, this time the stove should be closed.

Step 8,

This time I will serve the brain dish in a bowl.
