Dear Ukraine on Steem community!

Hello friends how are you all. Hope everyone is well. I'm back again today with a recipe post in the Ukraine on steem Community. Today I have come to you with the recipe of Kachu Shak Ghant. You may all be more or less familiar with this vegetable. I love this recipe too. I make this recipe often at home. So, without further ado, let's share with you how I cooked these vegetables.

All the ingredients I used to cook Kuchu Shaak,

A lot of vegetables
Hilsa fish
onion
pepper
garlic
salt
Mustard oil
dry chili

Step 1,

First I selected the kachur vegetable and steamed it well with salt, onion, pepper.

Step 2,

I took with me the head and a tail of hilsa fish. Lazer washed the head well and smeared it with turmeric and salt.

Step 3,

I have chopped onion and 4 garlic cloves in a separate place.

Step 4,

This time I took the kachushak that I had steamed well with salt.

Step 5,

Then fry the fish well in a separate fry pan.

Step 6,

When the fishes are fried, now the fish should be mixed well inside the vegetables.

Step 7,

This time it's time to put the vegetables in oil. July I gave a little mustard oil. When the oil is hot, I will add the chopped onions and chilies along with two dry chilies. Fry until light brown.

Step 8,

When the onions are fried, I will put them inside the vegetables.

Step 9,

After that, the vegetables should be mixed well with the onions.

Step 10,

After mixing well, when the vegetables become dry, I will turn off the stove.

Step 11,

Now I will serve the vegetables in a bowl.
