I have fried this fish roe with eggplant and potato and this recipe is very delicious. So guys without further ado let me share with you how I made this recipe.

Fish egg chorchori with eggplant potatoes

All the ingredients I used to make fish egg charchari,

1	fish egg
2	Eggplant
3	potatoes
4	onions
5	pepper
6	turmeric powder
7	pepper powder
8	Coriander powder
9	salt
10	cumin powder
11	Coriander leaves
12	oil
13	black cumin seeds
14	garlic batter

Step 1,

First wash the fish eggs well.

Step 2,

Then chopped onion and pepper in a separate place.

Step 3,

Then cut the eggplant and potatoes into small pieces and wash the eggplant and potatoes well.

Step 4,

Now heat oil in a pan and put Kalijira on top of that oil.

Step 5,

Then I will add black cumin and onion peppers.

Step 6,

When the onions are lightly fried, add the spices.

Step 7,

Then I will add cumin powder and garlic batter. Then grind all the spices together for a while.

Step 8,

Once the spices are mixed, I will give the fish eggs that I kept.

Step 9,

Eggs should be fried well for a while with all the spices.

Step 10,

When the days are fried, I will pour the eggplant potatoes that I cut this time.

Step 11,

After that, when the dates are well mixed with eggplant potatoes, it should be fried for a while until the eggplant potatoes are cooked.

Step 12,

When the eggplant potatoes are cooked, add some chopped coriander leaves at the end. Then I will move for a while.

Step 13,

After stirring for 5 to 10 minutes, I will close the oven.

Step 14,

My fish egg chachadi recipe is ready. This time I served it in a bowl.
