Today I am participating in this beautiful competition, the subject of which I like very much. I like cooking so I like this competition very much. I would like to thank @mariam.dariam for organizing this competition. I am also thankful to this community because of which I have got the opportunity to participate in this competition.
Today I am telling you how to make delicious semolina potato tikkis. This is a very easy recipe and it is also a kind of breakfast which you can eat anytime. It tastes very tasty and an excellent recipe can be prepared with less ingredients. This tikki is crispy from outside and soft and spicy from inside. It tastes very tasty when eaten with tea or with ketchup and green chutney. Without wasting much time, let's start preparing today's delicious recipe.

To make Suji Aloo Tikki, I have taken potatoes from here. Potatoes have to be heated in water and put in it to boil. When the potatoes are boiled well, we have to prepare them by removing the peels from the potatoes.

Remove the peel from the boiled potatoes and mash them well.

Now we have to pour oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to add mustard and cumin seeds. Let it be for a while. After that we have to add ginger-garlic paste and then we have to add chopped green chilies.

Now we have to add a bowl of water. When the water boils, we have to take a bowl of semolina. We have to put semolina in boiled water.

We have to cook the semolina thoroughly. We have to cook the semolina until all the water gets burnt. When all the water gets burnt, we have to add the mashed potatoes we have kept in it.

Now we have to add all the spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli, chaat masala, and salt. We also have to add 2 spoons of gram flour to it. We have to mix all the ingredients well.

We prepare the dough to make chapati. Prepare it in the same way. Then we have to prepare tikkis. While making tikkis, we have to apply some oil on our hands and make tikkis. So that good tikkis can be made.

I have prepared all the semolina potato tikkis here. We have to fry the tikkis in oil. In this way, our Semolina Potato Tikki is ready.
