Everyone likes something delicious. Although we like every tasty food, there is some dish which we like very much. In this competition, we have to talk about our favorite dish.   • Today I am telling you about my favorite dish and sharing with you the easy way to prepare it. I hope you will like my favorite dish and the recipe to make this dish. My favorite dish is chicken dana which I like very much. I can easily prepare this dish at home anytime and like to eat it with pleasure. I also like to eat my favorite dish outside. So how do I prepare my favorite dish without wasting much time? I am telling you this.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING CHICKEN DANA RECIPE

  • First of all, to make chicken grains, we have to put chicken in a vessel and boil it well with good water. Then we have to add ginger-garlic paste to it.

  • Now we have to add red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt, and lemon juice to it. Add lemon juice as per your requirement so that the chicken does not become too sour.

  • Now we have to add three spoons of flour and one spoon of gram flour in it. We also have to add three spoons of curd in it. Adding curd to the chicken gives a good taste. If you don't like curd then you can just add lemon juice.

  • Now we have to add one chicken grain packet masala in it. You can use any chicken masala. These come in many types of spices. I like this chicken dana masala so I use it.

  • Now we have to mix all the ingredients well and keep it for some time. We have to fry it only when we want to eat it so that hot chicken nuggets taste better. We have to heat oil in a pan to fry it. After the oil is hot, we have to fry the chicken well in the oil.

  • So friends, after the chicken is fried, we have to take it out in a dish. Here my chicken dana dish is ready which is a very tasty dish. It is very easy to make, you can make it anytime at home.

  • You can eat this chicken grain with green chutney. It tastes very tasty with green chutney. I like to eat it with green chutney. We can prepare green chutney at home by grinding green chilies and coriander and adding a little salt.
