Greeting and good evening wonderful people of Ukraine on Steem community. I hope you're all having a good day. Today, I'm here for this contest about culinary contest brought to us by @mariam.dariam. Without taking much time, let's dive in.

Afang soup

This delicacy is actually very delicious and enjoyed by all that comes across it. The main dish is the leaf called Afang itself before other ingredients follow. Let's get into the ingredients of this dish.

Step-by-step preparation

Having bought all the ingredients needed for this dish, what we do next is to;

• Wash the meat and stockfish properly, put it inside the pot and season it well with your Maggi, salt, chopped onions and pounded or grinded pepper and allow it cook to done.

• Then you go ahead and wash your leaves and cut it, pound your crayfish, wash properly the periwinkle and set all aside, when your meat is done, make sure the stock remains.


Cooking steps

•First, add the periwinkle into the pot with the meat and it's stock, the stockfish should still be inside.

• Then, I add my palm oil so it can start cooking properly.

• Then I add my crayfish and salt and maggi for the soup at once, so it can cook

• Then, pour in my water leaf and stir it properly to cook evenly.

• When the pot boils for some couple of minutes for the leaf to cook well, I then finally add my afang leaf, this usually comes last for me.

Then, the food is done and ready to be enjoyed with any kind of swallow you want.
