In a clean bowl, wash your beef, fish or chicken with salt. Put them into a pot, add your seasoning powder, spice, salt and onions. Cover the pot and set on fire to cook.
While waiting for your meat to cook, peal your onions, wash and slice it into your desired shape. In a bowl, add your tomato paste, add a little water and mix together. I love adding water to my tomato paste before frying. Now, you can check your pot of meat or give it more time.

Get a clean pot, set it on fire and allow the water to dry. Add palm-oil into the pot, allow to hit up a little then add the onions and tomatoes. Stir immediately, add other cooking agents, add salt to taste. Finally, add water and adjust for taste. Cover the pot and allow it to boil.
Add the washed rice into the boiling pot of water, taste for salt and cover the pot for the rice to cook.
After some time, pour in the cooked chicken into the pot and cover the pot of rice to continue cooking.
Finally, my palm-oil jollof rice is ready! So I had to get it down with salad. I think you should try it, it taste amazingly yummy.
