What did you do last week? It was a nice week for me playing with flour and the result was beautiful. Do you wish to know how it all started and ended? Join me let's roll a little in my kitchen.

Playing with flour is fun, so let's have fun in my kitchen as we make buns.

Buns is a snack made from the mixture of flour and it's condiments. You can either fry or bake your buns and enjoy it with any soft drink or beverages.

🔹Flour
🔹Butter
🔹Sugar
🔹Eggs
🔹Baking powder
🔹Milk
🔹 Vanilla extract
🔹 Vegetable oil
🔹Water

Let's dive into the preparation!

🔹Wash your hands with a clean water and dry with a clean bowl.

🔹In a clean bowl, sieve in your flour, add baking powder, milk flavour, and any other dry ingredients you will be working with and mix together with your hands.

🔹In a separate bowl, add sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and other wet ingredients, mix them together until melted.

🔹Add eggs into the flour and fold with your hands. When properly mixed, you add all wet ingredients and fold in properly. It will become sticky,but don't worry, just keep folding until it appears with no lumps.

🔹Once the folding is completed, the next thing is to cut small and making a ball from, but you don't rub it but you use a folding method to make your balls.

🔹Place the balls in a flour coated plate so that it doesn't steak to the plate.

🔹In a clean dry pot, pour in a large amount of vegetable oil, set on a low heat and allow to heat up.

🔹When the oil is hot, drop the balls into the hot oil and allow to fry (make sure it's on low heat). Flip to the other side when it appears golden yellow. Continue the process until completed.

🔹Finally, our sumptuous buns is ready to be consumed.
