The recipe is very simple, one recipe doesn't give much in serpent gourd, but I fried the eggs. Keep it simple and fry an egg along with it. Sometimes we don't have much cooking time so we can make this serpent gourd bhaji in a very short time. It feels sweet to eat a lot. serpent gourd looks very long.
