Thank you for participating. Your baklava looks very appetizing. Although we live not so far from each other, we do not have a tradition of making baklava, so I have never tasted it. Will need to fix this.
I was very interested to know how someone cooks this. Very nice post and nice presentation of the dish.
It's not a Bulgarian dessert. It's coming from the Arab world. But it's so delicious that somehow along the New Year's Eve almost everyone makes baklava.
