I will participate in a community culinary contest on Steem in Ukraine today. Thanks to @mariam.dariam mam for organizing this beautiful contest. I will share one of the popular vegetable barbate fried recipes of Bangladesh in this contest.

Borage is a popular vegetable. This vegetable is available throughout the year. In addition to being cooked, it can be consumed raw. Beets contain a lot of beneficial fiber, which lowers LDL cholesterol levels in the body. The heart is so guaranteed to be protected. Eliminating issues like heartburn, elevated blood pressure, etc. is another benefit. Because of this, the herb is very beneficial in protecting the heart.
Ingredients:
Barbatti 250gm
Potatoes 2 pis
Tomato 1pis
Chop onion 3pis
Chilli 5-6 pis
Ginger paste half tsp
Garlic paste half tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
1st step:
Cut and wash all the ingredients for the Barabati Fried Recipe. I have cut the onion, potato, onion and tomato.
2nd Step:
Heat oil in a pot and add chopped onions and green chilies. Stir and fry until brown.
3rd Step:
Then I added a small amount of ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
4th Step:
Stir the spices and fry until the raw smell of the spices remains. Then I put the chopped barbati and potato in the spices.
5th step:
Stir with a spoon and mix the barbati and potato with the spices.
6th Step:
Then I covered the pot with a lid. After some time, I will remove the lid and shake the potatoes so that they don't stick to the bottom of the pot. Then I will cover and cook again.
7th Step:
By the way, when the potatoes are cooked, I add a tomato paste.
8th step
After chopping the tomato, stir it with a spoon and mix it. Then I will cover it again and cook it for some time.
9th Step:
After the tomatoes are done cooking, take off the lid and stir-fry. When the juice of the vegetables dried up, I turned off the flame.
Last step:
In a serving bowl, I served the recipe for fried potatoes. Then shared a selfie with the final step of my today's recipe.
Conclusion:
Let's organize vegetables in our daily diet. The various nutrients of vegetables will keep our body healthy and help in increasing immunity. One cannot stress the importance of veggies in terms of nutrition. You must consume more vegetables if you want to stay healthy. Everyone will be fine. Allah is Hafez.
