How to make sour curd ( Yogurt)

Take 500ml of full cream milk in a pan to boil it. Let the milk to cool down. Take 100 ml of cool milk in a bowl and ½ tbsp Yogurt which will act a yeast add rest of the milk. Keep it in a warm place inside an oven or microwave oven for eight hours and refrigerate for four hours. One can have it either with salt and sugar or salt alone according to taste.

Yogurt is daily partner for health.

Recent observational studies presented at World Congress of Public Health Nutrition reported that Yogart consumption has positive benifits on Type 2 diabetes, Obesity and cardiovascular Disease (CVD).

Regular consumption of dairy products has positive impact on pubic health.

I was doing yogurt with a special machine about may be five years ago, and I understand that it’s healthy, but I never actually enjoyed the taste(

We never had machine made. You can add sugar or salt to taste. Does it come as thick like icecream.
