1- Tomatoes
2- Tengra fish
3- Raw chili paste
4- garlic batter
5- onion batter
6- Cumin batter
7- Salt
8- Turmeric powder and
9- Cooking oil etc.

First here I cut and washed the tengra fish well.
Now here I have washed the tomatoes well. Now cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Now put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in the pan. Heat the oil and add the green chilli paste, onion paste, garlic paste and cumin paste together. Now I have moved well for a little while.
After that, I put chopped tomatoes in it. After stirring it for a little while, I added salt and turmeric powder inside it. Now mix well with little water.
After that I added tengra fish inside it and stirred it again for a while.
Then I gave some water inside it. Then I will burn it for a while. After a while I shook it a little and made it again for a while. The broth has reduced a lot, now I have taken it off the stove.
Then I took it down in a container. And if you cook tengra fish with tomato in this way, it is very delicious to eat with hot rice. You can definitely try this at home.
