Water spinach grows well in rivers

Hi all.
See you again with my post. This time I will share kale vegetables which grow very well in rice fields. To pick it we have to go down into the river first and that will make us wet because there is water in the river. Water spinach is a healthy vegetable and is delicious when processed into stir-fried water spinach or rampoe curry soup. So I'm really tempted by the kale this time.

The water spinach that grows in this river is also safe for consumption because the water this time is clean and continues to flow. So it's safe from germs and bad bacteria. Kale leaves are also good and are not bitten by caterpillars. But I will only pick what is necessary, as much as one plastic bag. As far as the eye can see is fresh kale.

Kale is a vegetable that grows very quickly, just like spinach. But not many people cultivate kale, because it is easy to find on the edge of rice fields or rivers. This is different from spinach which does not grow anywhere, and spinach is often planted in gardens. In my place, if we want kale vegetables, we just have to pick them on the edge of rice fields and streams like the kale vegetables I found.

Its fast and creeping growth makes the water in the river invisible because it is covered by dense kale leaves. But despite this, people still allow water spinach to live freely at times. I usually pick young kale leaves for stir-fry at home. That's my story today about kale vegetables that I took pictures of in the river. Hopefully this can be useful for all friends.
