"Tea", the soothing drink other than water (of course then there is alcohol) heavily consumed by "hoomans". Caffeine a chemical that is required by the mind more than the body, generously provided by. Green small bushes in upcountry or lowcountry regions in Sri Lanka known as "Ceylon Tea", is special to me.

Ceylon tea is a type of tea cultivated in Sri Lanka using the leaves of the tea plant known as Camellia sinensis. Under British rule, the country was known as Ceylon and the British focus on tea production led to these types of tea becoming one of the most recognized in the world. Since Ceylon tea refers to teas grown in Sri Lanka, there is a wide variety of tea types including white tea, green tea, and black tea with the latter being the most popular. Source

Most famous tea types such as English Breakfast and Earl Grey are based on Ceylon black tea. Several cups of Ceylon Tea together with milk or plain is essential for up and running a busy life. The eternal calmness brings by having a tea cup and sipping it while doing nothing is one of my favourite things to do. How about you?
