These days I haven't been feeling very well. I have had three continuous days with a headache, as well as pressure in my chest and left arm. I have received some bad news this week about people who have died so I am sure that has affected me a little and it was yesterday that I realized that it is not just the bad news but that my tension has gone down. In the morning when I took it it was at 92-63, I thought it was fine since it alarms if the blood pressure is above 120. Plus I usually have low blood pressure.

Estos días no me he sentido muy bien. He tenido tres días contínuos con dolor de cabeza, además una presión en el pecho y en el brazo izquierdo. He recibido algunas malas noticias esta semana de personas que han fallecido entonces estoy segura que eso me ha afectado un poco y fue ayer que caí en cuenta que no se trata solo por las malas noticias sino que mi tensión se ha bajado. En la mañana cuando la tomé estaba en 92-63, pensé que estaba bien ya que uno e alarma si la tensión está por encima de los 120. Además yo suelo ser de tensión baja.

Yesterday I had to take my dad to the doctor because he also felt pressure and pain in his chest. At first he had it high, but my mother gave him a pill to lower it and we went to the hospital.

Ayer tuve que llevar a mi papá al médico porque él también sentía una presión y dolor en el pecho. Al pricipio la tenía alta, pero mi mamá le dio una pastilla para bajársela y nos fuimos al hospital

At the hospital They took my dad's blood pressure and it was low and they took him immediately to give him treatment. Thank God they treated him quickly, they gave him 2 injections, but they don't say what they injected him, that's something delicate, that's why I have not wanted to go to the doctor because of my discomfort, the truth is that when I ask how much blood pressure my dad had. He had it at 122-60 and they said that the loss was very low. I no longer had the headache but I did have pain in my left arm and pressure in my chest. With what they injected my dad, he got better, thank God, he left the hospital looking cool, when I took him in he was depressed.

En el hospital Le tomaron la tension a mi papá y la tenía baja y lo pasaron de inmediato para ponerle tratamiento, Gracias a Dios lo atendieron rápido, le colocaron 2 inyecciones, pero ellos no dicen qué le inyectan, eso es algo delicado, por eso no he querido ir al médico por mi malestar, lo cierto es que cuando pregunto en cuanto tenía la tensión mi papá. La tenía en 122-60 y ellos decían q la baja la tenía muy baja. Yo ya no tenía el dolor de cabeza pero sí tenía el dolor del brazo izquierdo y presión en el pecho. Con lo que le inyectaron a mi papá, se mejoró gracias a Dios, salió chévere del hospital, cuando lo llevé estaba decaído.

Ayer cuando me tomé la tensión en la mañana la tenía en 92-63 y cuando me dijeron q la tensión de mi papá, estaba muy baja me preocupé de lo mio. Me da miedo ir al médico por la tensión. Anoche fui a caminar, dicen q eso sube la tensión cuando está baja.

Today I felt good, then I started having arm pain and chest pressure and I just took my blood pressure and it is 101-58, that is, the blood pressure is lower than yesterday, I just drank water with garlic because as it normalizes tension levels… I hope it is true.

Hoy me sentía bien, luego empecé con el dolor del brazo y la presión del pecho y me acabo de tomar la tensión y la tengo en 101-58, o sea, la baja está más baja que ayer, acabo de tomar agua con ajo porque según normaliza los niveles de la tensión… Espero sea cierto.
