Ukraine on steem culinary contest.

Good day everyone in this great community. Today am participating in the culinary contest hosted in this community. Today i will be preparing jollof rice and beans mixed together.

  INGREDIENTS 

Our ingredients are rice 6 cups, beans 1 cup, vegetable oil, pepper, salt, seasoning, onion, meat, tomatoes.

                 PREPARATION 

We are going to first boil our beans, add 1 cup of beans to a pot add enough water let it boil properly, til it is a bit soft then drain it out.

Add 6 cups of rice to a nice and clean pot add water till it is above the rice in the pot boil for some time till the water in the pot turn milky. Then you can now drain it out.
Now add vegetables oil, add onion, add tomatoes stir it add pepper then add water. Add the rice, add beans stir add your seasoning add salt add meat stir. Cover the pot allow it to cook.
