Good day everyone people of steemit it is exciting to participate in this contest hosted by @mariam.dariam in the #ukraineonsteem community today the name of this dish i am preparing is porridge yam. This dish is well known among the yoruba. Read and learn how to prepare this dish.
INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
In preparing this dish you are required to provide the following ingredients
YAM
PEPPER
ONION
SEASONING
SALT
FISH
OIL
VEGETABLE LEAF
CRAYFISH
PREPARATION OF THE DISH
We first of all peel out our yam and add it to a pot,add water, slice and add onion set the pot on the cooking fire. Allow it to boil, pound and add pepper and crayfish together,add seasoning to taste,add salt,cover the cooking pot .
Allow the water in the pot become thick and little,slice your vegetable leaf and add it to the pot stir everything properly you now add your oil to it .
