Bug report sttemit banner doesn't fall into place when scrolling up and downsteemCreated with Sketch.

The sttemit banner on the very top of the screen, actually moves as you scroll up and down on a page.

Sometimes it fails to fall into its correct position and the buttons become invisible on the very top while the graphic for the icons settles lower on the page and becomes unusable..

This makes the website look very unprofessional. please make appropriate changes so we can feel proud about being apart of this community.
