Ingredients:

375 gr of wheat flour (3 cups)
100 gr of cocoa powder (1 cup)
3 CDs. baking powder
1 Cdta. sodium bicarbonate
½ Cdta. cinnamon powder
½ Cdta. of salt
375 gr of sugar (1 1/2 cup)
1 Cdta. Vanilla essence
3 eggs - 3 tablespoons. of oil - 250 ml of liquid milk (1 cup)
250 ml of ground coffee (1 cup)
1 tablespoon. lemon juice
Filling and Coverage:
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup of butter - 1 cup of fat
1 teaspoon. Vanilla essence
250 gr. dark chocolate

Preparation:

Mix the milk with the lemon juice and set aside. Separately, in a bowl, sift the flour and mix with the yeast, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cocoa. In another large container, beat the eggs with the oil and add the liquid milk with lemon, the vanilla essence, the strained coffee and the sugar. Then add the flour and mix well until all the ingredients are integrated. With the help of a ladle, pour equal portions of the mixture into 3 molds of 15 cm in diameter, previously greased and floured. Or you can also pour it into a 20 cm mold and then cut it into 3 equal parts. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the cakes for 35-40 minutes or until you insert a wooden toothpick in the center, it will come out clean. We remove it from the oven, let it cool and heat it up. Let cool.

Tips: To decorate the cake, melt the chocolate and let it cool. We beat the butter with the butter and add the sugar and the chocolate, until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Fill and cover the cake. Decorate with grated chocolate and chocolate sauce, add strawberries, grapes, blueberries or the fruits of your choice
