Steemit votes to dilute shares by bringing in new investors that may want to sell back to them or better yet

If Steemit votes to create a new class of preferred shares and choose their strategic partners.

An opportunity will present itself after all you know with regulation and all that. There is no blueprint with crypto, some decisions will have to be made to defend oneself.
