I bought fish from a pond in our village. There is one kilogram of fish here. Although these bata fish are small in appearance, they are very tasty.
I cut the fish nicely first. After cutting the fish, wash them well.
Then there should be marinated. I have marinated it here with turmeric powder, chili powder, garlic paste, and salt for about an hour. Can be done without marinating.

After about 1 hour, heat oil in a pan and fry the fish on low flame. When the fish are fried well. Then remove from the frypan. Bata fish can be cooked in different ways.
