"Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim"

Assalamu Alaikum to the readers. how are you all.
I am toma, and I represent a small Bangladeshi town called Naogaon. In Bangladesh, many hilsa fish are taken in the river during this rainy season, which is currently underway as it results in improvement. I hope you will enjoy my recipe for Sarisa Hilsa as much as I do since I will share my idea about it with you today, along with a tasty recipe for Sarisa Hilsa.

Materials needed to make mustard hilsa
1.Black mustard
2.1 kg of hilsa fish
3.Mustard oil
4.green pepper

  1. Onions
    6.salt
    7.Jira Gura
    8.powdered cumin
    9.Turmeric.
    10.Chilli powder,

thoroughly wash the mustard seeds and grate or blend them. Otherwise, it will taste poorly because it contains grains.
The onions should be finely ground. The fish should then be carefully chopped, cleaned with salt, and maintained hygienically. After thoroughly cleaning it, the oven should be used to cook the food while heating the oil. If you use mustard oil when cooking, the food will be very flavorful and tasty, but if the person is not used to or doesn't like eating mustard oil, you shouldn't do it. Soybean oil is a viable option.

Even if you use soybean oil, the taste will mostly stay the same, but the cooking will be intriguing.
Then, after a few minutes of frying, check to see if the onion pieces are turning brown and add a little water if necessary.
We'll gradually add all of the spices, one at a time, to prevent the onions from burning or sticking to the bottom of the pan. Here, I'll start by adding salt, then dry chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and finally, salt again.
After adding each spice, I'll mix it well with the onion and continue stirring. I'll give you. The mustard seeds that were preserved in the batter will then be distributed. Keep going to prevent the mustard from sticking to the bottom after adding it.

Once we recognize that the mustard is prepared, we should add the chopped hilsa fish, thoroughly combine it with the mustard, and then boil it. Our mustard hilsa will be ready when a pleasant aroma emerges after the meat has been cooked and the mustard and fish have been combined. It will be even better to top it with powdered fried dhunajira.
Our delectable mustard hilsa is prepared and can be served to everyone when is ready to receive it.
