Assalamu Alaikum.. Greetings to all friends of the Beauty of Creativity community. Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also quite well. Today I have come to you with a recipe for making Singara. I love writing blogs about food.. So today I am sharing with you a wonderful recipe for making Singara. Enjoy everyone hope you like it

First let's know about the materials;

  • flour
  • potatoes
  • salt
  • Green chillies
  • Onion and garlic
  • Soybean oil and black cumin

First, knead the flour with water.Then make a bread and mix black cumin inside it. When the bread is ready, cut it into triangles with a knife.

Since we are going to make singara with light, first we need to fry the potatoes with the necessary ingredients. Once the light is fried, keep them in a clean container and then take the dough on your hands. Put the flour mixed with water on the potato and press it with your hands to form a triangular shape and fill the faces lightly.

Once the potato is inserted into the cinder, now you need to take soybean oil. Soybean oil should be placed on the stove and heated. You can sprinkle a little turmeric on the oil if you want.

When the oil is hot, you leave the singara inside it. Drop the hot singara into the boiling oil and stir with a spoon until they are crisp and red.
