The hibiscus or Nyctanthes arbor-tristis flower is a flower of the genus Nicanthes. It is found in areas of Southeast Asia, from Thailand in the west to Bangladesh in the west, India, Nepal in the north, and Pakistan in the east. It is also known as Shefali. This flower is the state flower of West Bengal and Kanchanaburi province of Thailand.
