Yesterday I spoke with all my colleagues after a long time. Since we are involved in a virtual platform, we have to try to find out about all the colleagues. Maybe this time the conversation was a little different. Because at the end of the day, it is natural that everyone will have different opinions.
But the goal is the same so that a good decision can be reached with everyone and work can be done well. However, some good things were being talked about in this meeting. Because since we work in a place, the environment of that place is constantly being thought of more and better to keep it clean and uninterrupted.
Honestly one thing you will notice if we meet in a physical meeting then there is a lot of formalities but after that since it is a virtual meeting and now the time is going like this so in such cases a lot of formalities have to be maintained like understanding everyone's mentality and everyone's thinking.
It is important to set the meeting in motion and be mentally prepared to implement the work that is being planned and I think a different peace works in virtual meetings because it can be joined from anywhere and from any environment.
Since it is an open platform, basically people from all over the world have joined and all people are here. I think everyone's thoughts are the same here, even though there are some language problems, they try to make everyone understand everything and work.
And actually, if you want to work in a place, the language problem is not a big issue, but if you are interested in knowing about the work, then many things can be understood by gestures. I hope that all those who were there will understand everything and proceed with the correct work.
I believe one thing, if everything is in order and if everyone has thoughts and goodwill, then surely our meeting will be worthwhile and we can speed up our work. But I think that in this case all our colleagues who were present there will also cooperate with us spontaneously.
