Today I am sharing with you a special recipe of my mother. This is my 2nd post in this community. I hope you guys like my post. Now let's move on to our recipe.
Beef Shami Kebabs
Ingredients
- Boneless beef 1 kg
- Split Chickpea 250 gm
- Oil Half cup
- Onion 3 medium
- Salt 2 tablespoon
- Chilli flakes 3 tablespoon
- Coriander Seeds 2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste 4 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 medium
- Cumin seeds 2 tablespoon
- Black paper 1 tablespoon
- Egg 2
- Ground spices (garam masala) 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves 6 tablespoons fine chopped
- Green chilli 10 fine chopped
- Ginger 3 tablespoon fine chopped
How To Make Shami Kabab
In a pot add beef and two jugs of water
Then add oil, onion, garlic paste, salt, chilli flakes, coriander seeds, and lemon juice, crushed blackpaper, crushed cumin seeds
Cook in medium flame until litter water left
Now let the split chickpeas boil in the pot on the other side
When little water is left in the beef, add boiled split chickpeas
Mix well and cook until water dries
When mixture cool then fine grind in the chopper
Now add egg, ground spices (garam masala), coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger
Mix well
Make flat balls out of this dough
Put oil in a hot plate or frypan and shallow fry the kebabs from all sides until light golden brown.
After frying, cool the kebabs
Now these kebabs are ready to freeze. When you want to eat them, take them shallow fry again
