The Diary Game Contest Week II : Ramadan In Banda Aceh

The most divided in life is the ability to fight against laziness. Nonetheless, the lazy quality is integral to body and soul. But if he, that lazy quality, has gained control over this body and soul, then I will completely conquer it. How strong is that lazy trait. That can even make this body fall asleep without any sleepiness.

Today, I was able to persuade idleness to let me go to do the salat tarawih. Because during Ramadan this year, I had not done a single prayer.

I chose a mosque in Teuku Umar road region, banda aceh. It's called "the kupiah meukeutop's mosque." It is the one headdress worn by an ancient prince while the kingdom was still in existence. And teuku umar became very symbolic when using this fed. Maybe he's the only one today remembered with that fez.

It's very clean and comfortable. The interior is highly aesthetic with the touch of the flickering light. In fact, it's like entering a five-star hotel. Not to mention the imam who sang the tarawih tonight, his voice was beautiful. Even under a moderate state of drowsiness, the tarawih worked.

In Banda Aceh, there are mosques that feed the country. Banda Aceh is a very nice place to worship. Even members of other religions feel the same way perhaps. They had never been disturbed while performing their own religious rituals. Banda Aceh is very tolerant and moderate. Let's just say, the capital today has stood almost five bad days ago with citizens of different religious, national and indigenous backgrounds.
What a pleasure it is to live together and dominate each other's privacy. And I as citizen of Banda Aceh, feel this atmosphere of tolerance in this month of Ramadan.

You should come to Banda Aceh to enjoy a cheerful Ramadan month. Enjoy worshiping in mosques around the city. After praying, you can enjoy a spread of coffee on the coffee shop that fills the city. There's even more than mosques.
