Greetings everyone
I will share a recipe of Boal fish today. This fish is favorite to almost everybody in Bangladesh specially if it is vuna. The taste of it has made it that popular. I have done everything I could to make it as yummy as possible . Here it is served—you be the judge.

Boal fish12 piece
Onion3piece
Green chili5piece
Onion pest3 table spoon
Garlic pest1 tea spoon
Ginger pesttea spoon
Saltaccordingly
Turmaric powderhalf tea spoon
Chili powder1 tea spoon
Cumin powder1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaveaccordingly
Oilaccordingly
Tomato3 piece

First, I cut the fish, washed it, cleaned it, and smeared it with turmeric and salt. Then I put the pan in the oven and heated it well and put oil inside it. I heated the oil a little more and put the fish inside it one by one. I have fried the fish upside down on both sides and put them in a bowl.

Then I put the chopped onion and chillies in the oil. Fry the onion and chilli brown and mix some onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder in it. Then I gave the fish fried inside the spice. I mixed it with the fish and gave it water as required for cooking the fish. Then I covered it with a lid.

I have given coriander leaves and cumin powder and cooked for some e until the water will come down.

After cooking for some more time, the cooking was done. I turned off the stove.

Then I picked up the food in a bowl and now I have brought it for hot serving.
