A commonly used ingredient in cooking is raw green chili. Cooking with raw green chilies enhances the flavor significantly, and using them in any type of dish gives it a distinctive taste.
Additionally, cooking with raw green chilies is excellent for the body. Unlike dried chilies that can sometimes cause gastric discomfort, using raw green chilies doesn't pose this issue.
Today, I will show you photographs of these raw green chilies. Although these chilies are not from my own plant, I bought them from the local market. In our local market, they are selling at a rate of 100 Taka(SP 3.5) per kilogram.
When I go to the store, I carefully select a mix of raw and ripe green chilies because adding them to any stuffing or sauce makes it much more flavorful.
