This story is about 8 months back ,When me and my family were having trouble because of CORONA and the goverment Lockdown.As soon as the Lockdown come to an end, I had responsibility because I am the elder son of the house.And i had to get a new Job, So I started living to my aunt house because her children were working in a MNCs. I went to my Aunt house on september and the next month i am ready to give the interviews. Thanks to her childrens or you can say that my cousins because they both motivate me to stand on my own feet.

I remember the day i went to give my interview in a BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing ) industry. This industry is very new for me but i have to give the interview so that i went. The company name is Teleperformance and it is a Multi-national company and there headquarter in France. Apart from me a lot of peoples had come to give interviews but due to lunch time the guard did not open the gate and we all had to stand outside the company. On that day i found a new friend and his name is Austin and he also came there for a interview. He told me about this company and the company tactics. Then I had to go to the washroom but the guard did not allow me to come in,then Austin took me to another company that was nearby because he also had to go to the washroom.He entered me without a Access card in that company i don't know how. Then we saw the cafeteria of that company which looks nice and he asked to me that buddy you like the cafeteria , i said yes i like that , i wish if i could join this company.

Luckily Hiring was going on in that company for freshers and graduate students. So we decide that we will give the interview in this company because we both like the cafeteria and that atmosphere. This company is also a Multinational company and the company name is AEGIS. To crack the interview we have to complete the 3 rounds. First round is an normal Introduction , IInd round is IQ ( intelligence quotient ) and the IIIrd round is an HR ( Human Resources ) round. Now i tell you what happened in these three rounds.

𝗜𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
INTERVIEWER : Hi faisal alam
ME :Hi sir how are you ?
INTERVIEWER : i am good boy and what about you ?
ME : i am fine sir.
INTERVIEWER : So lets start with an yourself , tell about you and your lifestyle
ME : my name is Faisal alam ...........................................................................................................................................................................................that's all about me , thank you.
INTERVIEWER : so is there is your first job ?
ME : yes sir , i am a fresher.
INTERVIEWER : ok , so you may go now and wait for the results
ME : ok and thank you sir.
When I came outside of that interviewer room, I thought that he did not ask me anything like your dreams , hobbies, what you see yourself in future, and all , i thought that may be i did something wrong. Suddenly a man came in front of me and he gave me a paper and said You go to the 1st floor and there will be your 2nd interview. I was very happy at that time and my friend also but i sad for him because he is not eligible to give a interview because he was not graduate.
Then i went to the 1st floor for the 2nd round so now i tell you the 2nd round conversation

𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
INTERVIEWER : hi kid ?
ME : hello sir.
INTERVIEWER : are you feel comfortable on this chair ?
ME : yes sir i am.
INTERVIEWER : so can we start ?
ME : yes sir absolutely.
INTERVIEWER : are you lazy or incompetent ?
ME : sir i am competent
INTERVIEWER : Do you have a any track record of doing something well in your life?
ME : no sir , it does not usually happen with me. Because i am a learner and i always keep learning.
INTERVIEWER : wait outside this room results will be announced at sharp 4pm.
ME : ok sir , have a good day.
I do not know what I said on that time and how much the interviewer understood. I was just waiting outside and I don't even know where is the Austin. then again someone came to me and said congrats you are qualify for the Final round with HR. so you have to come tomorrow at morning 11. After hearing this i was very happy that time and i come back home.It was 9 o'clock in the night and I got a call from that company and he said that your 3rd round with HR is right now within 15 mintues so you have only 15 minutes to prepare yourself .
What do i say ,should i say no i will give interview tomorrow ! HaHaHaHa LOL ! They would fired me out of this company.So i had to say yes to her and after 15 mintues the HR call me.

HR: Hi can i speak to Mr. faisal alam
ME : yes mam
HR : hey how are you ?
ME : mam i am great and a little bit surprise.
HR : why?
ME : Because I thought I would have an interview tomorrow but
HR : look it is a multinational company anything can happen here
ME : yes mam
HR : so you clear the 1st and 2nd round right ?
ME : yes mam i clear both.
HR : so faisal i ask you some questions and after that i ll discuss the other HR and will also confirm you that you will be the part of this company or not .
ME : okay mam
I can not tell that what she asked me only i can tell you that when his question were over she laugh and said you are in Faisal.
Right now i am working in this company and its my first job and also my first interview that i shared to you guys.
