Assalamu Alaikum. Hello! ..How are you all . Garlic is a unique spice that gives food flavour. Garlic doesn't go well with preparing vegetables, meat, curry, or curry because of its potent aroma. 'Powerhouse of Medicine and Flavor' is how garlic is referred to. Garlic, whether raw or cooked, helps to maintain good health.


150 calories, 33 grams of carbs, and 6.36 grams of protein are found in every 100 grams of garlic. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc are also abundant in garlic. Antioxidant-rich garlic helps to purify the blood. The ability of garlic to regulate blood sugar levels is also highly beneficial.

A few garlic cloves in the morning on an empty stomach boosts metabolism all night long. Digestive and appetite-stimulating effects of garlic. Stress or pressure causes us to experience stomach issues. Additionally, eating garlic on an empty stomach lowers our anxious tension.

Don't overeat garlic:
Patients with respiratory conditions should avoid eating garlic. One reason for headaches, vomiting, etc., is eating raw garlic. Garlic overconsumption can also result in bad breath.
A few days before any procedure, garlic should be ceased. Consuming excessive amounts of garlic can harm people whose bodies do not stop bleeding readily.
Avoid overeating garlic if you take blood thinners like "warfarin," "aspirin," etc. This is due to internal bleeding developing if the blood becomes too thin.
Expectant mothers should avoid garlic. It may worsen existing labour pain.
Even though raw garlic has a lot of advantages, we all favour pickled garlic. Garlic in various forms is pickled. Among them, sweet pickled pickled pickled garlic and pickled garlic pickled in oil are more palatable. I cooked this achar at home, and everyone loves it. Garlic Pickle doesn't always require a lot of ingredients.
