I am Farhana Ayesha. My Steemit ID is @farhanaaysha.I think everyone is doing very well. As always, today I am here with a new recipe & food photography, I hope you all like it. A popular dessert in our country is Caramel Egg Pudding. Today I will share with you my own style of caramel egg pudding recipe.

★Let's see what materials are needed

Condensed milk1/2 cup
Cardamom powder1/2 tsp
Cornflour2 tbsp
Powdered milk2 tbsp

★ There are 4 steps to making caramel pudding.

Step-1

Caramel is made
Melt 1/2 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of water in a non-stick pan until it turns red-brown (so that it does not burn).

Step-2

Take milk in a clean bowl and boil it. Take some thickening. Take care not to let the syrup fall. Reduce the temperature while stirring and mix the powdered milk.
Cut the loaves apart from the brown part on the side, then blend them and keep them soaked in milk. So that it can be cold, the heat of the milk does not boil the eggs.

Step-3

Take a clean bowl and gently crack the eggs without breaking the shell. Beat the eggs well and mix well with condensed milk, cardamom, cornflower, and salt one by one. Now prepare the milk prepared in step-2 by slowly stirring and mixing. Blend the mixture or strainer so that the entire liquid is uniform.

Step-4

Put water on the stove so that you can put the pudding pot directly into the hot water.
Now slowly pour the mixture into the caramel set pot, close the pot and place it directly on the stove to cook in boiling water for 30 minutes. (It should be placed with a stand so that the pot is half filled with water and the pot sits upright)
After 30 minutes turn off the stove and keep it in hot water for a while.
Meanwhile, you can check if the pudding is done with a toothpick or a coconut shell. If a clean toothpick comes out without sticking to anything, the pudding is ready.
Now take out the pot and keep it outside for a while minute. When the temperature comes down, keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour take out and decorate and serve delicious egg caramel pudding.
