Making crispy fries
Hello Everyone
I hope you all are well and safe in this winter season. In my country, the fog situation is very bad at day time. I woke up early in the morning and get ready for the ride toward my mother's school. Her school schedule is from 8 AM to 2 PM. We go slowly due to no visibility in the fog. A few days ago after coming back home I decide to get lunch ready with fries. I prepare the necessary material and start making potato fries.
I got the idea to add an egg to the material. Fries material in the egg makes the fries very very tasty. I also served this recipe to my mother and she loved it. Here are some pictures of the preparation and making of potato fries. I hope you all like today's blog post and the fries in the winter taste different than in the summer.
