How to Stop Feeling Stuck and Uninspired ~ Beauty of Creativity
Greeting BoC members
Feeling stuck and uninspired is one of the worst feelings. On top of it all, it’s so hard to know how to get out of that pit of despair. Even though we know that feeling trapped is an indication that we need a change and fast! it can still be overwhelming when we don’t know where to start. This can cause us to give up on our dreams before they even get off the ground. But fear not, fellow dreamer! There are some simple things you can do right now to feel more inspired again and escape that funk faster than usual.
Find your inspiration
Finding your inspiration is probably the most important thing you can do to get out of that funk. Not only can you re-spark your passion for your dreams, but it can also help you approach your day with more eagerness and excitement. If you’re feeling uninspired, take a few moments to reflect on what you were doing days before. Were you stuck in any ruts? Did you fall into a routine? Was there anyone or anything that may have been holding you back? If you can get a better understanding of what you were doing and why you can start to make small changes to get out of the funk. For example, if you were feeling trapped by a routine, you can re-think the routine so it doesn’t get stuck in your head.
Consistency is key
One of the most crucial things you can do to escape being stuck is to build consistency. Whether it be setting a daily goal or achieving a weekly or monthly goal, consistency is key. It should guide your every move. It should be the reason why you do everything. When you are consistent, you will begin to notice your passion growing. It will eventually become more than just a passion, but a lifestyle. It will become your lifestyle.
Practice, practice, practice
Practicing the skills that you learn is key to success. Whether it be writing, speaking, or any other skill you may want to learn, practicing will make you more proficient. There are many ways to practice. One of the best ways is to create your own activities, based on your favorite pastimes and passions. For example, if you love cooking, then you can use the time to experiment with new recipes or take a class if you have the resources.
Take a break
Sometimes, the best way out of a slump is to take a break. We’re all so used to working hard that it can be hard to accept a break. That’s okay because taking a break can help you come back to your work with a fresh mind and a new perspective. You can take a walk, listen to music, visit a museum or take your dog for a walk. Anything that helps you to slow down and take a break from your work and your day can be very helpful.

Thanks for sharing with us.
Brother shared many informative things with us. Really people should use creativity to get out of the stuck issue. The same continuity never develops human intelligence, so new ways of thinking must be thought of.
