Good Day Everyone,

Greetings, fellow members of the community. I hope everything is going well for you. I'm here today to share some of the health advantages of fruits with you all. I get up early in the morning and go to the market to grab some food when I have gotten myself together.

I bought a few things as well as some fruits, which included oranges, apples, and guavas, among others. All of the fruits were in perfect condition and had a lovely flavor. As you may be aware, fruits such as apples and oranges are excellent heart-healthy choices due to their high concentrations of carotenoids, fiber, potassium, and magnesium. For a spicy taste, I also add the gol gappy, Enjoy the spice.

The vitamins A, B6, C, E, and K found in fruits are only a few examples of the nutrients found in fruits. Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables helps lower a person's chance of acquiring heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and type 2 diabetes, among other disorders.

Consequently, eating fruits rather than junk food is better and healthier for all of us. I hope you all understand what I'm saying and will give it some thought. Different foods contains different vitamins so we should have to eat daily fruit after taking food.....

I agree with you my dear friend, regularly consuming fresh and healthy fruits is a good thing as additional nutrition to maintain immunity, especially during the corona virus pandemic like now, consuming fruit is very important
