Macro Photography: Locust Blowfly | 10% beneficiary to beautycreativity
Greetings from @fahad3728 to all members. Hope you're all well and having a great day. By the Grace of God I'm also fine. Today I am back with some macro photographs of a beautiful fly called Locust Blowfly. Stomorhina lunata is its scientific name. Its size was about 5mm. I discovered this fly in canola fields sitting on a canola flower. When i saw it i decided to photograph it because i found it very beautiful. There are colorful lines on its head which make it unique and gorgeous. It also has black strips on its back. It is almost like a hoverfly but its size is smaller than a hoverfly. I captured its macro images with my mobile's macro lens from different angles. I was lucky that it didn't fly when i was capturing it. It was cooperative thoroughly in process of taking pictures. I managed to get some decent shots of it. It looks beautiful in macro images.
