Balancing workplace and family by travelling to nature
Our times are very limited and we are losing our time day by day because we are passing the time very fast in the present time. I almost always try to get close to nature at different times because the more we get around nature the more we can make ourselves cheerful and happy. In the course of life, we always need some joy, motivation and entertainment in the middle of work otherwise we lose our speed or enthusiasm towards work.
We see that many people give too much priority to the office or workplace and because of this priority, in many cases the family cannot get the time very well. Because they stay in the office for a certain period of time even outside the office hours. In this way, they deprive their families as they stay away from following their normal routine. APJ Abdul Kalam once said that people should not stay in the office after office hours because those who stay in the office for long periods of time, especially after office hours, may have evaded work or they are incompetent. Because skilled people live a balanced life. Being able to work on time is a very important thing.
This applies to those who are incompetent because they cannot work efficiently in the office on a regular basis and therefore spend extra time in that time as their specific tasks are not completed. It is nothing more than incompetence and negligence. They have to spend more time outside of office hours and this reduces the time they spend with their families.
If we think too deeply that someone spends too much time in the office and spends too little time in the family, he or she will gradually become ill, especially mentally. And because of this he will not be able to concentrate much on his work in the office later. So, I think it is very important to live a balanced life rather than contribute too much to the office because there is a certain amount of time for the office and the rest of the time for home. This is what everyone should be. If we can balance these two then we can live a much happier life because at the end of the day our favorite place is family and our bread-and-butter place is our workplace.
The workplace is what we need in life because the way we earn money is the workplace while the family is our life. So, we can't leave any of the two anyway but we must balance these two because sometimes we may give too much time to the office but sometimes, we have to give too much time to our family. And whenever we can balance it, we can live a happy life. And that's why I think it's much more important to spend time with family or nature.
The pictures I am sharing today are of a rural environment in my father-in-laws' house area where my family and I went for a walk in the afternoon. In fact, by going into such an environment, we can cheer up our minds. I can enjoy a lot more. I hope you will try to enjoy the natural beauty and different patterns of nature with such a family or with work breaks at different times. And I believe that if you can do that, you will find yourself in a very good position at some point because it will keep you mentally much better and being mentally good gives us a lot more motivation in any workplace. It takes us a long way to work. So let us try to bring a balance between our workplace and family so that we can spend time in a balanced state on both sides because it is our life with these two. At the end of the day, it is important for us to find a time for ourselves, as long as I am good to myself, both family and work will be good.
