Caterpillars

Caterpillars are often found in Indonesia, especially in my area, Aceh. Caterpillars usually perch on the leaves of large trees such as mango trees or guava trees.

At the end of the rainy season the caterpillars will appear a lot and breed. The reason is that there is no natural enemy in the form of a parasite that will eat away at it.

Caterpillars are very disturbing to humans because when our skin is exposed to their hairs, our skin will feel itchy, reddish and bumps. Besides having parasites as natural enemies, caterpillars also have other predators, namely caterpillar-eating birds.

For plants, caterpillars are also very detrimental to plants because these animals will eat the leaves of the plants so that the leaves of the plants become hollow even almost eaten up .
